Dana’s influential presence in DEIB advocacy is evident through her keynote speeches and presentations on prestigious platforms, ranging from the National Apartment Association’s annual education conference to ECI Group’s Leadership conference. She has actively contributed to DEI/ESG panels for esteemed organizations such as the Texas Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of North Carolina. Moreover, Dana played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive national DEI curriculum tailored specifically for the multifamily industry.
