Bryony Schwan, MS, IAC (she/her) is a leadership coach and organizational development consultant dedicated to helping mission-driven leaders and teams navigate change, strengthen culture, and unlock their full potential. With over 30 years of experience founding, scaling, and advising organizations across sectors, she brings deep expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, and culture transformation.
A Certified Associate Integral Coach®, Bryony specializes in coaching, consulting, and training designed to help leaders cultivate self-awareness, strengthen decision-making, and drive sustainable growth. She has guided organizations through complex transitions, from resolving leadership conflicts in a $330M initiative to shaping strategies for top-tier corporate and nonprofit teams. Her expertise spans HR management, fiscal oversight, board development, and change leadership in government, corporate, nonprofit, and higher education settings.
As a skilled facilitator, Bryony integrates Integral Coaching, Immunity to Change, biomimicry, positive psychology, mindfulness, and adult development theory to help leaders and teams thrive. A serial social impact entrepreneur, she understands both the rewards and challenges of leadership firsthand:
