Altitude Leadership Coaching

Welcome to the Altitude Coaching Program. Receive one-on-one personal development and leadership coaching typically divided into three phases over twelve transformative weeks.

Growth Phase

During this initial phase, we embark on a purpose-driven exploration. We help you clarify your "why," which connects you deeply to your work, envision your "utopia" to set a clear direction, and define your personalized "habits-based identity." This identity includes the daily routines that will propel you towards your goals. Expect engaging discussions and peer interviews, with two 1.5-hour weekly meetings for four weeks, complemented by three 1-hour peer interviews.

Learning Phase

In the Learning Phase, we concentrate on developing core leadership skills. Topics covered include fostering a healthy team environment, identifying the qualities of an ideal team player, mastering effective meeting strategies, understanding various communication styles, cultivating the leadership mindset, honing delegation techniques, and charting your course through altitude training – a process that defines your focus points and priorities based on your current role. This phase entails one 2-hour weekly meeting over four weeks.

Execution Phase

In the Execution Phase, you'll receive ongoing support to navigate real-time leadership challenges. We'll assist you in consistently embodying your chosen identity, becoming a mindful leader, excelling as an entrepreneur, and maintaining your well-being. Additionally, we'll guide you through the intricacies of managing change and scaling effectively, especially in the crucial domain of team structure design. Typically, we commit at least one hour per week for four weeks, with the flexibility to extend this support weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly beyond that, depending on your evolving needs.

Your journey through these three phases will empower you to lead with confidence, purpose, and mindfulness while fostering a thriving organizational culture.

Altitude Leadership Training

Many leaders never receive insightful leadership training throughout their careers, and even fewer are taught how their approach to leadership needs to evolve with each promotion or new role. The Altitude Leadership Training program is designed to bridge this gap, offering a comprehensive solution for leaders at all levels. This program provides a series of agreements tailored to different seniority levels, delivering critical insights to help leaders achieve maximum success as they advance in their careers.

The Altitude Leadership Training is a dynamic one- to two-hour group session, based on whether an interactive workshop is included. During this workshop, participants will identify the most relevant agreements based on their current roles and leadership styles, ensuring a personalized and impactful learning experience.

I interviewed a lot of Exec Coaches and chose Ryan because he’s been there and done that as an Exec AND is extremely thoughtful about his approach to leadership, success, boundaries, energy, and impact. He started his work with me deeply understanding my WHY, my values, and what drives me. That then becomes the compass for our work together. He helps me see around corners and anticipate what is coming so I can grow into the person ready for the next challenges/opportunities. He listens, he’s thoughtful, and is very generous with his vast network. I trust Ryan and greatly appreciate having him in my corner through the good, the bad, and the ugly.
